RE:DESIGNING NUTRITION

WITH MARIA MARONEY MS – Integrative Clinical Nutritionist

Are you struggling to change your eating habits?

Going to the gym but still aren’t seeing results?

Nutrition is a vital component of healthy living and Maria is here to help you get on track with two one-on-one nutrition counseling packages.

FOOD DIARY REVIEW

This is a 45 minute “tune up” of your diet. Perfect for those who have already begun to make changes but need a little tweaking to fully achieve the “healthy eater” status. This is also a good option if you have a diagnosis from your doctor with directions to eat healthier and need more help. You must complete at least a three-day food diary prior to meeting in order to effectively assess your status. Register and pick up a food diary at the front desk.

Fees: $49

FULL NUTRITION WORK-UP

Includes a 60 minute intake, research and TWO 30 minute follow up visits. That’s THREE sessions total! This is for anyone wanting to delve more deeply into where they are in their health journey. With Maria’s guidance you will discover what is unique about your physiology and the keys to unlock your success. Bring a food diary, list of medications and or supplements and any doctor’s notes to ensure a thorough assessment. Register and pick up a food diary at the front desk.

Fees: $149
